We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working flexibility and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment Accounts Receivable Administrator Location: Little Island, Cork Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 Contract: Permanent Work Model: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Process payments and allocate receipts accurately in SAP. Prepare regular reports on outstanding balances and assist with month-end close. Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve queries efficiently. Support ad-hoc finance tasks as required. Requirements 2-3 years' experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance role. Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
