Product Manager Level: Mid/senior Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 (DOE) Location: Dublin Role My client are seeking a Product Manager to oversee and manage the development, improvement, and lifecycle of key products in an expanding range. The role requires acting as the product ambassador, driving technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Represent and advocate for assigned products internally and externally. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable improvements. Perform root cause analysis on product issues and implement design or process changes. Ensure all product-related documentation is updated and accessible. Monitor project delivery, provide guidance, and address blockers. Deliver product training and maintain visibility on deployments globally. Work across engineering, sales, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment with business strategy. Support compliance, certification, and robust change management processes. Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience. Knowledge of LV electrical equipment and/or PLC control systems. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management expertise. Demonstrated experience in product management and technical troubleshooting. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
