Web Operations Business Analyst - Global Food & Nutrition Location: Kildare (Hybrid) Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: + Benefits Opportunity Join a global leader in food and nutrition as a Web Operations Business Analyst. You'll support and enhance the company's website portfolio (WordPress & Adobe Experience Manager), ensuring compliance, security, and seamless user experience across platforms. Responsibilities Gather, document, and translate requirements for web platforms (WordPress & AEM) Collaborate with internal security teams to ensure compliance and mitigate vulnerabilities Partner with third-party agencies and internal marketing teams to deliver enhancements Support troubleshooting, BAU, and web operations improvements Conduct analysis of processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and develop business cases Maintain documentation, DevOps boards, and stakeholder communications Requirements Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or related field Proven BA experience in fast-paced environments Knowledge of WordPress (including multisite) and web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards (or similar) Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) desirable Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Project management or Agile exposure advantageous Benefits 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Hybrid working model Free onsite parking, gym, shuttle bus from Sallins station Healthcare & matched pension Retail discounts & cashback platform Key Skills #BusinessAnalysis #WebOperations #WordPress #AEM #AzureDevOps #StakeholderManagement #Agile Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
