Business Development Manager – Property Sales (Cork Region)

Location: Cork & Kerry

Type: Full-time

We are working with a leading digital platform in Ireland’s property sector, dedicated to making buying and selling property simple and accessible. With millions of users engaging with their services every month, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a real impact in the property market.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth among an existing client base and win new business within the estate agency sector. This role involves regular in-person meetings with estate agents across the Cork region, so a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Act as a trusted advisor to property clients, connecting them with a large audience of potential buyers and sellers.
- Promote and sell a range of advertising solutions to estate agents, showcasing innovative and effective marketing options.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to expand revenue opportunities.
- Identify new business prospects and manage both short and long sales cycles, creating accurate forecasts.
- Represent the company within the property community, building strong networks and brand presence.
- Use data-driven insights to communicate value and manage pricing discussions effectively.
- Manage your pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What skills and experience do you need?

- Minimum 3 years of experience in online or B2B sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers both in person and over the phone.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
