As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced sales executives who want to take one step further in their professional career.

This is a unique opportunity to manage and lead one of our field sales teams, driving them towards remarkable success. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role within our sales structure. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Achieve your monthly sales target for your own team
2. Train and support salesmen (special focus on new joiners in Month 1 or 2)
3. Implement and promote the Verisure culture within the team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment
4. Understand and improve main sales performance KPIs
5. Organize field training with your team members regarding our sales method
6. Motivate, train, and support the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles

The individual will manage a team consisting of Newbies, Juniors, and Veterans, providing guidance and support for their professional development and optimizing their performance.
