We are currently seeking applications from interested graduates to join our Assets and Operations Graduate Development Programme, commencing September 2025.

The Opportunity

The Assets and Operations team is part of Advisory and Digital Services and helps to deliver and sustain organisational and operational outcomes by supporting clients’ use of technology, primarily in transportation, to achieve their objectives. The team also supports the development of strategies, implementation plans, governance and performance management.

Here’s a look at some of the work the Assets and Operations team is engaged in:

- Intelligent Mobility/Mobility Pricing - Engaging clients with transport mobility needs across their systems, operations, pricing & payments projects, data sharing platforms, future mobility opportunities and electromobility advancements, using our digital and technology domain knowledge across the full life cycle of clients’ assets. - Digital and Technology Asset Management - Using our transport technology and asset management expertise to help clients maintain, operate and transform their assets across their full life cycle. We support clients by applying Asset Management principles to assess the status of their assets, develop maintenance and renewals plans, develop renewals budget forecasts and develop whole life cost models so that they can accurately forecast future budget implications of decisions.

As an Assets and Operations Graduate at Arup, you will:

- Support turning technical recommendations into transportation solutions and project deliverables.
- Support clients in utilising technology to solve problems and to support transport operations.
- Undertake analytical research to develop, document and present concepts and design ideas.

- Compile and analyse data to enable clients to make decisions.
- Become familiar with technological advances that could provide solutions to client issues.
