As a Payroll Specialist at Arup, you will be:
- Processing all aspects of monthly payroll
- Managing payroll aspects of starters and leavers
- Administration of pension scheme including remitting monthly payments, reconciliation of contributions, leavers options, processing new entrants
- Administration of health insurance payments
- Filing of payroll related paperwork
- Dealing with staff payroll queries
- Working closely with our HR teams
- Processing month end journals
- General payroll admin
- Processing and paying employee expenses twice monthly
Does this role inspire you?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about Finance and Payroll. When looking for the ideal candidate we also value:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the payroll function
- An IPASS qualification would be desirable
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Familiarity with ROS
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong numerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
This role will require you to be in the office full time for the first number of weeks then hybrid. It's a 12 month Fixed Term contract.
