We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Strategist to take charge of the Staycity and Wilde brand's social media presence. You will be responsible for shaping our online voice, building strong community engagement, and driving brand awareness across key platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll work closely with content creators, agencies, and platform partners to develop innovative social media strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Craft and implement engaging social media strategies for theStaycity and Wilde brands, driving customer interaction and brand visibility across all platforms.

- Tailor the perfect content rhythm and style for each channel, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with our brand.

- Continuously refine our social approach using performance insights and staying in tune with market trends.

- Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audiences.

- Lead the conversation with our social communities, building strong relationships and ensuring positive engagement.

- Monitor social channels closely for customer feedback, responding promptly and with the Staycity tone of voice.

- Leverage analytics tools to track the success of campaigns, measure ROI, and fine-tune future strategies.

- Set clear KPIs and provide regular insights on social performance, highlighting what’s working and areas for improvement.

- Build and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure seamless execution of social media goals.

- Collaborate with social media platforms to explore new features, trends, and opportunities to amplify our brand.

- Stay on top of the latest social trends, introducing fresh ideas that keep our content engaging and on-brand.

- Experiment with new content types and social platforms to widen our reach and attract new audiences.

- Support wider marketing campaigns by aligning social media efforts with product launches, promotions, and events.

- Contribute to cross-functional projects, providing social media expertise to help shape and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with 2-3 years leading a team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

- Proven success in running impactful social media campaigns, preferably within the hospitality or travel industries.

- Expertise in social media analytics and tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

- Creative flair for storytelling and content creation that grabs attention and drives engagement.

- Open to experimenting with new ideas, formats, and platforms to keep Staycity and Wilde ahead of the curve.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across teams and with external partners.

- Experience in community management, fostering positive, engaging interactions online.

- Excellent organizational skills, adept at handling multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

- Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and motivating teams to deliver their best work.
