The Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa, a 4-star hotel with 198 rooms located in the heart of Killarney, is part of the O'Donoghue Ring Collection. We are currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time, year-round. The role requires flexibility to work shifts across 5 days, including weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all front desk duties as part of the Front Office team. - Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing queries in a friendly and efficient manner. - Anticipate guests' needs and provide service that exceeds their expectations. - Maintain a strong understanding of front office standards and procedures. - Handle switchboard and hotel telephone operations according to company protocols. - Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments. About You: - Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel is a plus. - A team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented, with a passion for advancing in the luxury hospitality sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with the Hotsoft operating system is advantageous but not required. - Fluent English is essential.
