Salary and Benefits: Salary: €35,000 (up to 15% bonus) Office-based / Hybrid Pension and Health schemes Performance-related company bonus (up to 15% of base salary, paid quarterly). Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients. Understand client needs and objectives to ensure successful service delivery. Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve client requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts. Monitor account performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement. Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay up to date with market trends and client developments to identify new opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in internal sales, account management, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Effective team player with strong collaboration skills. Excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with the electronics or industrial products sector is an advantage. Bachelors degree in a business-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
