We are looking for a Showroom Sales Executive to join our team after our recent showroom renovation. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, managing and proactively developing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively engage with customers to drive excellent experience and satisfaction.
2. Position yourself as the expert on our products and provide continuous support.
3. Work closely with customers to resolve any issues efficiently and timely.
4. General customer service.
5. Generate sales.
6. Follow up on sales.
7. Maintain and tidy the showroom.
8. Stock control.

Requirements:

1. Ability and willingness to build and develop productive relationships with customers.
2. Demonstrable experience in a customer service-focused role.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
5. Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable but not essential.
