We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our hotels sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Irish hospitality market. About The Role Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, group bookings, and events. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
