Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the M&E industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable deals and contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
