Chargebee is looking for a driven, highly organized Marketing Programs & Campaigns Lead to join our global team. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll partner across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content, Design, Events, Sales, and Product to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns and a consistent brand experience.
In this role, you’ll plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns that drive demand, generate leads, and elevate Chargebee’s brand — while also steering strategic initiatives that support our broader business goals.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances flawless execution with big-picture thinking, and quickly surfaces learnings to keep us moving forward. You’ll act as a force multiplier for leadership — operationalizing programs, owning outcomes, and keeping teams aligned and accountable.
This is a career-making opportunity for someone eager to learn fast, take on responsibility, and make a visible impact — equal parts collaborator, organizer, and motivator.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop, project manage, and drive integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned to business goals, product launches, and audience insights.
Support the CMO in running the marketing org: leadership meetings, all-hands, QBRs, goal-setting (OKRs), budget management, and planning.
Lead end-to-end project management of campaigns and cross-functional initiatives — from kickoff through execution to post-mortem.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and workflows; assign tasks, track progress, and keep deliverables on time and on budget.
Define campaign scope, KPIs, and success metrics; recommend and implement optimizations to maximize ROI.
Drive operational excellence across Marketing — improving efficiency, scalability, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Identify process gaps and implement systems, tools, and workflows to boost organizational performance.
Partner with Marketing Ops to define, monitor, and report on metrics for all major initiatives.
Skills and Experience
3 - 5 years in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, marketing ops, or consulting within high-growth or matrixed organizations.
Proven track record leading cross-functional projects end-to-end, managing tight deadlines with tools like Notion, Wrike, or Asana.
Sharp communicator with curiosity and enthusiasm — able to absorb diverse inputs, synthesize quickly, and make better decisions.
Strong analytical skills: adept at turning complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
Technically savvy and AI-forward — hands-on experience using AI to organize projects, automate workflows, and accelerate insight gathering.
Comfortable building/editing Salesforce and BI reports/dashboards independently.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to distill complexity into concise narratives for executives.
Broad exposure to marketing channels — advertising, web, events, email, media, and video.
Proactive self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
