Our goal: to revolutionise Ireland's broadband landscape by providing reliable, affordable high‑speed fibre broadband infrastructure to every corner of the country where commercial services are currently unavailable. The NBI network is set to connect over 1.1 million people and more than 564,000 premises across Ireland. Our focus extends beyond mere connectivity; we're dedicated to promoting inclusivity and driving socioeconomic development by empowering every town, village, and community with high‑speed fibre broadband.

NBI is not just a project; it's a long‑term commitment. With responsibility for managing the national broadband network for the next 25 years, we're committed to sustainable growth and continuous innovation in the telecommunications sector.

Key Objectives / Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor this role will be responsible for helping our Quantity Surveyors to carry out commercial duties in conjunction with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP

Goods receipting of payment certificates in SAP

Provide SAP admin support to the Quantity Surveying team.

Liaise with other members of the team to ensure effective communications and a cohesive working environment.

Maintain a suitable filing system.

Knowledge & Experience:

Experience in SAP is essential

Proficient in MS Excel is preferred

Proactive attitude, willing to learn and solution‑oriented approach

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to meet multiple and strict reporting deadlines

Ability to multi‑task and prioritise tasks

Team player who will work with others to achieve targets and to provide cover where needed.

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
