Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Vertrieb in München, Essen oder Remote/standortunabhängig in Vollzeit einen Account Manager.

Deine Aufgaben:

1. Ausbau und Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehungen zu unseren bestehenden Kunden und Partnern.
2. Akquisition und Gewinnung neuer Endkunden und Partner.
3. Erstellung von Angeboten und Verfahrensdokumentationen der ausgeführten Vertriebsaktivitäten im System (ERP/CRM).
4. Regelmäßige Erstellung von qualifizierten Akquisitions- sowie Forecast- und Accountplänen und Sicherstellung der gemeinsam abgestimmten Ziele.
5. Erstellung von internen und externen Produkt- und Lösungspräsentationen.
6. Kooperation mit den Schnittstellen Customer Service, Produktmanagement und Marketing.
7. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung und dem gesamten Vertriebs-Team.

Das bringst du mit:

1. Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. technische Berufsausbildung, (ggf. ergänzt um/oder) ein Hoch-/Fachhochschulstudium.
2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb in der IT-nahen Branche.
3. Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gepaart mit selbstständigem, proaktivem Arbeiten.
4. Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln und damit ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen.
5. Spaß an der Arbeit im Team sowie an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
6. Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
7. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
8. Idealerweise besitzt du Kenntnisse in der Sicherheits- bzw. Zeiterfassungsbranche oder hast Vorkenntnisse im Vertrieb von IT-Lösungen.
