As we continue our journey toward becoming Irelands most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as aRetail Operations Specialistworking within our Perfect Order Programme (POP). The successful candidate will work in conjunction with our, IT, sales & other cross functional teams to rollout efficient ordering processes for our brands (SuperValu & Centra). What you'll be doing: Rollout Phase Train stores effectively on POP modules. Support further development of POP programme through in store testing and feedback. Scheduling-Working with sales & IT team schedule POP rollout nationally Support other projects as required. What we'er looking for: Experience working on retail rollouts as part of a cross functional team. Understanding of in store operational processes. Excellent communication & relationship management skills-ability to engage retailer & wider Musgrave teams. Commercial acumen Good computer skills including MS Office, Visio, and project planning Competencies Business Awareness Customer Orientation Problem Solving Teamwork Communication Decision Making Planning and Organising Quality Orientated Flexible and Adaptable Initiative Are you ready to make a difference?
