Large commercial law firm require Legal PA to join their Real Estate Group and support at senior level. You will work closely with the Head of Department providing Legal PA support and also acting as their gatekeeper and sounding board when linking in with clients and other departments. This is a chance for Legal PAs make the move into a firm whose Irish office is in expansion mode with major investment planned this year. As an international firm, they offer fantastic centralised resources and opportunity for career development as well as making sure employees are looked after with a market leading package and very strong salaries. To be suitable for these roles, PAs will need to have experience working in a mid-size or large legal firm. Your skillset will include: Diary and inbox management. Commercial billing including use of billing software. Client onboarding, KYC and AML procedures. Document production and formatting. While this role fall under the Real Estate Group, there is no requirement for you to have worked in this practice area. If your desire is to gain experience in the fast pace of commercial real estate this could be your chance to make a move in to it Location: Georgian Dublin 2, hybrid working is offered.
