An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Store Development department for an administrator. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to be part of a thriving business and highly motivated team. We have an exciting opportunity within our Store Development team, for a Store Development Administrator. Desired candidate must be organised, meticulous and have the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities: Prepare trade orders from source information. Update and revise as required to ensure accurate financial tracking. Correlate invoices with trade orders and track sign-off with buyers. Liaise with Accounts Payable department and suppliers in relation to maintenance works, quotations, invoices, credit notes, delivery dates etc. Collaborate with equipment Buyers to track all equipment being removed from stores to external warehouse. Engage with stores to ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed as required. Assist with section head in the production of reports for supplier review meetings, project tracking, financial updates etc. Requirements: Good organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills and numerical ability Capacity to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment Interested?
