What We Offer Competitive base salary Lucrative commission on sales On-site parking Staff discounts on products Professional training and development opportunities A supportive, friendly, and team-driven workplace Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a warm, professional manner Understand customer needs and provide expert product advice across tiles, bathroom fittings, flooring, and accessories Drive sales and upsell products to maximise revenue Manage orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked showroom Follow up with customers post-visit to support the sales pipeline Maintain customer records using internal CRM systems (training provided) Support general administrative and reception duties when required Heavy lifting involved in this role Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in retail, home improvement, or design The ideal candidate must be physically strong and capable of lifting heavy objects daily A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willing to learn) Interest in interior design, home renovation, or construction products is a strong advantage Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience If interested in this position, please apply with your CV by email to for more information Skills: Tiles Sales and distribution Flooring Bathroom Design Benefits: Paid Holidays Commission
