Role:
If you love beer and spirits and want to ensure consumers access Diageo's brands like Guinness, Harp, Carlsberg, Smirnoff, Baileys, and others, this role is for you. As a Diageo representative, you'll combine sales strategy, relationship building, and activations to drive sales and product availability across your region. A positive attitude, digital skills, and cultural fit are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow journey plans provided by your line manager.
2. Adhere to merchandising guidelines, focusing on planogram compliance, promotional space maximization, and negotiations with Store Managers.
3. Record sales, merchandiser requirements, and competitor activity; provide feedback promptly.
4. Ensure products have correct SEL placement; merchandise promotional ends; maintain correct pricing.
5. Capture before and after photos on a handheld device.
6. Coordinate with store managers before leaving to confirm satisfaction.
7. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
8. Maintain CPM and client standards and policies.
9. Strive for high performance standards for customers.
10. Operate efficiently to complete tasks effectively.
11. Perform any other duties assigned by your line manager.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with technology.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Full clean driver's license.
