Day to Day
Als Account Manager (m/w/d) bei Indeed hilfst du Organisationen und Unternehmen dabei, ihre Online-Recruiting-Strategie effektiver umzusetzen. Du überzeugst führende Unternehmen aus mehreren Regionen von den Vorteilen der Technologie, auf der unsere Stellensuche basiert. Dazu stellst du die Vorzüge unserer Produkte heraus, insbesondere höhere Produktivität, bessere Zusammenarbeit und mehr Mobilität. Deine hohe Bereitschaft, von anderen zu lernen und mit anderen zu kommunizieren, trägt letztlich dazu bei, dass mehr Unternehmen in der Lage sind, geeignete Mitarbeiter zu finden und einzustellen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

1. Betreuung und Management eines definierten Kundenstamms aus dem Mittelstands-Bereich über den gesamten Sales Cycle
2. Erreichen der Zielvorgaben und der vorgegebenen KPI
3. Nachhaltige Pflege des CRM-Systems
4. Ausbau der Bestandskunden (ca. 80% Anteil des Kundenbuchs) und Winback ehemaliger Kunden (20% Anteil) mit Hilfe des gesamten Produktportfolios
5. Du beurteilst und bewertest Trends und lässt Kunden monatliche Analysen zukommen
6. Du führst Produktvorstellungen und -vorführungen per Telefon und in Videocalls durch
7. Du baust in Telefongesprächen, persönlichen Treffen, per E-Mail sowie über Social Media und berufliche Netzwerke Beziehungen auf

Fähigkeiten/Kompetenzen

1. Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, z.B. als Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive oder Inside Sales Executive
2. Erfahrungen im Bereich der Personaldienstleistung sind von Vorteil
3. Erfahrung in der Verwaltung eines bestehenden Kundenstamms, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf beratendem Verkauf und Umsatzsteigerung
4. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, einwandfreie Telefon-Etikette und sichere Präsentationsfähigkeit
5. Datenorientierung und Eigenständigkeit
6. Fähigkeit, sich neue Kenntnisse anzueignen und diese anzuwenden
7. Spaß am Vertriebserfolg und Freude am Arbeiten in einem erfolgreichen Team

Gehaltsbandbreite-Transparenz
Das Fixgehalt für diese Stelle in Dublin, Irland beträgt 35.000 - 50.000 EUR pro Jahr, das Zielgehalt beträgt ungefähr 73.000 - 88.000 EUR pro Jahr OTE.
