Headquartered in Dublin with offices in London, Singapore, Hyderabad, New York, Chicago, Fort Worth, Switzerland, South Africa, Slovenia, and the UAE, MCO was established in 2008 as a product firm initially promoting "best of breed" solutions in employee compliance.
In recent years, MCO has accelerated its product offerings toward an integrated platform vision through increased investment in internal product development and strategic acquisitions of Pythagoras, Fairwords, Schwab Compliance Technologies, and Governor Software. These acquisitions have significantly enhanced MCO's capabilities in regulatory, governance, third-party, and communications compliance.
Today, supported by a team of over 400 employees across the Americas, EU, and Asia, MCO serves over 1.5 million customers in 128 countries. Its customer base includes SMBs to large enterprises, such as four of the world's top ten asset managers, twenty of the top seventy-five banks globally, and three of the top five investment banks for M&A transactions.
MCO is ambitious, motivated, and confident to scale new heights with its comprehensive suite of integrated products.
