About the role We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Dublin office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment, with structured training and clear progression routes to become a Recruitment Consultant. As a Resourcer, you will:
Source and screen candidates for live vacancies across the construction and engineering sectors.
Write and post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
Conduct market research to identify new talent pools.
Support Consultants with candidate management and interview coordination.
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

No prior recruitment experience required – just the drive to succeed.
