Are you a creative communicator with a passion for public service and digital engagement? We're working with a public sector organisation dedicated to upholding high standards in education, and they are looking for a Communications Administratorto join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for arecent graduate or early-career professionalwith hands-on experience in communications, marketing, or a related field through internships, summer placements, or previous roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong writing skills and a flair for digital communications who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in promoting important initiatives, driving digital campaigns, supporting stakeholder engagement, and delivering impactful content across a variety of channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting the implementation of the organisation's Communications Strategy
- Creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of stakeholder and public events
- Monitoring and updating website content to ensure accessibility and relevance
- Helping to manage shared mailboxes and internal communications
- Upholding brand and accessibility standards across all communication channels

What We're Looking For:

- Ideally a minimum of 6+ months' experience in a communications, marketing, or digital content role (internships and student placements welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Creativity and attention to detail
- A keen interest in public sector communications
- A third-level qualification in communications or a related field
- Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
