Overview

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established Residential Developer to appoint a Document Controller in North Dublin

Your new role as Document Controller

Responsibilities

- Ensure all documents are in line with company standards and procedures

- Prepare and update Document Control Procedures using the company's Document Management System

- Continual education on BCAR and construction standards that are essential to your understanding as a Document Controller

- Ensuring accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of documents

- Ensure construction records are well-maintained, accurately distributed and up to date

- Occasional administrative support duties, such as office supply orders

- Use of software such as Procore

Requirements

- 2 years experience in a similar role

- Previous experience in Construction, Residential Construction is beneficial

- BCAR understanding is a strong advantage

- Previous experience using Procore

- Strong organisational skills

- Strong IT Skills
