Key responsibilities will be to provide administrative and governance support to the Board/CEO.
Responsibilities
- · To provide key administrator support to the CEO and the Board
- · To manage and carry out all administrative duties related to secretarial obligations
- · Manage and organise Board meetings, workplans and related papers
- · Manage and organise subcommittee meetings, workplans and papers
- · Maintain all Board related documents in an efficient manner in line with best practice
- · Support the leadership team to deliver on all Leadership and Board related activities
- · Attend Board / Leadership meetings to take minutes as required
- · Manage the CEOs diary in an efficient manner
- · Managing emails, queries and escalate issues as required
- · Ensure all documents are in line with correct formats
- · Assist with various projects assigned by the CEO
- · Assist with project work, presentations and any other duties required.
Essential skills & experience
- · The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- · Minimum 2 Years administrative work experience is required in a client-focused environment or similar environment.
- · Third level secretarial or administration qualification desirable
- · Client Focus - An understanding and appreciation of the importance in always providing a professional quality service and proven track record in delivery of same.
- · Communication Skills - excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with our internal team, clients and stakeholders. Ability to act with tact and discretion in all matters and when handling confidential information.
- · Time Management - Ability to prioritise workload and plan efficiently to achieve goals.
- · Teamwork - Proven ability of working within a team environment
- · High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- · Proven organisational and administrative skills
- · Excellent IT skills. Must be very proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet
- · CRM/database/report writing tools and social media experience an advantage
- · Ability to take responsibility and work on own initiative
- · Flexible approach to work
Working Arrangements
- · Dublin City Centre based
- · Minimum 4 Days in office required
- · 35-hour work week
