Overview

Embedded Service Manager – (Global Clients)

Location: Ireland – Remote

Purpose

The Embedded Service Manager will oversee service operations for physical security systems within a mission-critical data centre environment for a Tier One global client. This role acts as the operational link between client stakeholders, local contractors, and Securitas Global Clients Technology (GCT) governance teams.

The Service Manager ensures the effective delivery and performance of electronic security systems and services while maintaining compliance with global standards and fostering strong, trust-based client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Lead & Manage Service Operations

- Oversee the service delivery for access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems across assigned sites.

- Ensure timely and effective management of service tickets, maintenance activities, and fault resolutions.

- Maintain full compliance with local regulations and client security policies.

- Collaborate with subcontractors, service partners, and the GCT team to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.

- Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all service-related matters.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, embodying professionalism, adaptability, and a respectful, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset.

- Provide clear updates on service metrics, risks, and improvement initiatives.

- Collaboration & Governance

- Work closely with the wider Global Clients Technology (GCT) team to align local operations with global service standards.

- Participate in monthly global town halls and 1:1 meetings with line management to share insights, raise issues, and support collaboration.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the global service delivery network.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience managing service delivery for enterprise-level security systems.
- Strong knowledge of CCure, CCTV, and PIDS systems; familiarity with platforms such as Genetec, Milestone, Axis, or Gallagher advantageous.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service performance reporting.
- Right to work in Ireland required.
