About the Role As a Sales & Client Relationship Coordinator, you'll support the wider commercial team by generating quality leads, setting up meetings, and ensuring small business clients receive the ongoing attention and service they need to grow. Your efforts will directly impact the sales pipeline while also contributing to client retention and satisfaction. This is a dual-role suited to someone who enjoys both the chase of new business and the relationship-building required to keep customers coming back. Key Responsibilities Business Development Research and identify potential clients through calls, social media, and email campaigns. Qualify leads and initiate first contact with decision-makers. Arrange meetings for senior sales representatives with high-potential prospects. Contribute to brand visibility through tailored email and LinkedIn campaigns. Be the first point of contact for inbound new business queries. Support digital and social lead generation activities. Client Success & Support Act as the go-to contact for smaller clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and support. Liaise with customers regarding renewals, upgrades, and fleet changes. Create quotations and assist in the credit approval process. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure service continuity. Track and report on customer feedback, retention trends, and sales activity. Support wider sales team coverage during periods of annual leave. What We're Looking For Experience in a client-facing, lead generation or sales support role (ideally 1-2 years). Excellent verbal and written English, with strong phone and digital communication skills. Self-starter with natural curiosity, drive, and a professional approach. Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and follow-up.
