About The Role

As a Corporate Account Manager you’ll play a vital role in achieving our vision of becoming the first choice for customers, employees, and suppliers.

In this exciting role, you will focus on expanding our corporate business by building strong, sustainable relationships with existing portfolio customers and securing new business contracts across multinational companies and SMEs. Your goal will be to position us as the go-to supplier by understanding customer needs, shaping procurement strategies, and delivering exceptional value.

You'll engage with senior stakeholders across various departments, from Procurement to Finance and Operations, creating a broad network of influence to drive customer engagement and secure long-term partnerships. Internally, you'll collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and our global corporate network, elevating our business conversations and aligning our strategies with senior leadership.

Emotional Intelligence: High self-awareness and a strong ability to understand and manage emotions in yourself and others.
Eager to Learn and Grow: Willingness to learn continuously and develop within the role.
Negotiation Expertise: Proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for the national field-based nature of the role.
Adherence to Company Values: Committed to following company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Desirable

Account Management Experience: Significant experience in a similar role within a global, blue-chip company.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in distribution businesses, solutions providers, or MRO procurement strategies.
Product Knowledge: Understanding of the products we distribute, such as Process Control, Automation, Electrical, Test and Measurement, Electronics, Tools, and Consumables.
Sector Expertise: Familiarity with key sectors like Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Government, Aerospace, Defence, Transport, Utilities, and Facilities Management.
