HR Operations Lead -FTC – 12 Months
Dublin 22- Based Onsite
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take the lead of our HR Operations team, overseeing the smooth and efficient delivery of all HR processes and procedures, from onboarding to offboarding, across our sites. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the team to support project needs while enhancing the overall employee experience.
This position calls for a composed and seasoned HR professional with proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The HR Operations Lead will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to ensure accuracy and efficiency, as well as preparing monthly reports for executive management.
Requirements:
Lead the optimisation of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring full compliance with employment legislation and regulations. Design and implement a robust quality framework to uphold our governance commitments, ensuring the effective application of people policies and procedures.
Oversee and support HR Operations staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with the HR Director on all aspects of the performance management process, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
Oversee the HR database, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
Collaborate with project management teams to provide proactive support on employee relations matters.
Enhance and develop robust processes for regular and ad-hoc people data reporting, including management dashboards and absence reporting.
Identify valuable data sources and implement automation to streamline data collection where possible.
Act as a primary contact for line managers and employees, addressing enquiries and issues while fostering a positive work environment.
Proactively assist the HR team in developing solutions for emerging people-related matters, in line with best practices.
Support the team in providing guidance to line managers on all aspects of people management, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
Skills and Experience:
Over 5 years’ experience in HR, governance, and data management and analysis
Proven leadership skills with a track record of building, guiding, and developing teams
Strong stakeholder management expertise, including presenting insights and reports to Senior Leadership
Confident in questioning and validating data, practices, and processes to drive improvement
Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while delivering results
Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experienced HRIS lead and proficient across the full Microsoft Office Suite
