AWS is looking to hire and develop the next generation of leaders for our organization. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about solving business problems, innovating and building new processes, and leading high-impact initiatives.
You will independently own a key business project that can drive business value, and tasks to support the Demand Generation Team. Demand Generation Reps in this team are creating new opportunities from potential customers by delivering timely seminars and programs in targeted markets or performing customer outreach through direct calls, emails, etc., in concert with key stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
1. Guide and accelerate our customers’ cloud integration
2. Support customers as they extend their cloud capabilities
3. Collaborate with our business and technical teams to build solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A current student majoring in any discipline, expected graduation on 2024/2025
• Strong interest in demand generation, sales or sales-related program management
• Demonstrated interest in digital transformation and strong technical acumen
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in Korean/English together with commensurate leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross-functionally across internal and external organizations
• Applicants must have valid work authorization in Korea
• Applicants must not have restriction of traveling abroad
• Available to work full-time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
• Current MBA student who is looking to build a career in IT Business Development
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
• Highly driven and demonstrated ability to implement and deliver against aggressive targets
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• Passion for technology startups
• Advanced Excel user (practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions) SQL
• Proficient in Powerpoint
• Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
