Early Experience
Completing work as directed, collaborating with teammates, and developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
- Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into digital and traditional media.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
- Ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and grow in a team environment with excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage the whole business cycle as a sales professional for new business acquisition from early stages to closing customers and managing the relationship after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and upsell opportunities.
- Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.
- Acquire touch, value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
- Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
