Sous Chef – Killarney

Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

Our client is renowned for providing the highest quality of cuisine and hospitality and excels in customer service. As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef, responsible for organizing and running the service smoothly while managing the team. This busy restaurant/hotel has an excellent reputation for food and service, with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele, situated in a fantastic location in the tourism hub of Killarney.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2+ years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, work within a team, and independently.
- Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

- Competitive Salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
