What You’ll Do Identify and win new business opportunities across Ireland.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs and challenges.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to contract close.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure exceptional delivery.
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to Convergint’s growth strategy.
What You’ll Bring Proven track record in B2B sales or account management.
Experience in technology, security, or building solutions is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.
A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed targets.
Hours Hours are within the standard business day from Monday to Friday. Office based with the potential for remote working in the future.
