We are looking for a Senior Talent Specialist with strong commercial recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to financial services or QFA-related roles, to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our clients across the Pharmaceutical, Technology, Finance and Social Media sectors.
This role is focused on ensuring we delivery on our client needs every time, finding the talent they need in the time they need it.
In this role you will be partnering with our internal client services team to work as a team to deliver candidates for our clients. As a Senior Talent Specialist, we are looking for someone to bring their expertise to our team. We are looking for this person to provide mentorship and support to our more junior members of the talent delivery team. In this role you will be client facing, working with hiring teams to understand job descriptions & role briefs. At times you may be required to attend client meetings to give market insights in the area that you recruit in.
A key element of this role is sourcing, attracting and engaging talent for our client. We are keen to hear from people who are passionate about candidates and finding the best candidate for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with our talent delivery, onsite talent acquisition and client services teams in developing creative sourcing strategies to identify candidates against our clients' hiring requirements using various sourcing tools.
- Source and engage talent for commercial and financial roles, with a focus on QFA-related positions where required.
- Have a deep understanding of our client's employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative or strategic souring plan to attract talent.
- Complete market mapping and competitor analysis exercises to develop a better understanding of competition and perception in the market of our clients.
- Partnering closely with Talent sourcers and specialists on role briefing, helping to define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
- Proactively engage talent and continually build talent pools to meet our clients' needs.
- Manage the candidate throughout the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interview and offer process.
- Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey.
- Ensure that data accuracy and quality of information is maintained through all the recruitment processes and that it correctly reflects the status of all activity against the client's hiring requirement, ensure data is updated on our internal or client ATS.
- Coach and mentor more junior colleagues in setting them up for success and support with workload co-ordination.
- Share knowledge and expertise with other team members or within the organisation in knowledge sharing forums or directly using group presentations.
- Ability to directly manage and communicate with clients from a delivery perspective.
- Strong drive for results and a commitment to producing a high level of work efficiently and often within tight timeframes.

Requirements for this role
- 3+ years' experience in recruitment/ talent delivery, have worked in inhouse, agency or RPO model.
- Experience in recruiting for commercial roles, especially hiring Qualified Financial Advisers (QFA) or similar financial services professionals.
- Demonstrated success in both a sourcing delivery capacity as well as team leadership.
- Proven track record or meeting delivery SLA's & KPI's
- Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
- A keen interest in the talent industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
