Join us as a New Partner Development Specialist This role plays a pivotal part in building, delivering and managing the NPD partnership roadmap to help drive category diversification, new margin growth and product innovation. Reporting to the Senior Manager Connected Life you will lead the on-boarding, development and management of Tier 1 partnerships in global content services, product innovation and value-added services arising from Three's new global digital subscription and marketplace platforms. The New Partner Development specialist must have a strong media partnership and senior account management background, be analytically oriented, possess strong commercial knowledge and excellent communication skills. What else it involves Your responsibility will include partner management in key areas of the NPD Function: Build Three's NPD partnership roadmap based around consumer insights & business objectives outside of the existing Three loyalty platform. Support the Senior Connected Life Manager with Group CKIOD Central Procurement Process and key partner initiatives representing Three Ireland. Working alongside other members of the NPD team to develop NPD partner strategy drawing on existing knowledge and research as well as exploring new opportunities. Lead and integrate new partnership innovation into the existing NPD function. Become the voice to advocate for new and developing partnerships with key stakeholders within and outside of Three. Negotiate partnership agreements for Three Ireland at a senior level to secure market exclusive opportunities for long term collaboration. Manage & report results of our partnership programmes and relationships to optimise & support a commercialisation model. Collaborate with product development & digital teams to build customer focused propositions. Develop and implement co-operative marketing plans with strategic partners that align with Three's objectives, ensuring they are fulfilled and tracked on an ongoing basis. Collaborate with in-life teams to drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and launch consumer propositions arising from the new partnerships. Lead partner innovation within Three's new global digital subscription and marketplace platforms. Lead the performance management & reporting for your partnerships within the NPD function. Skills we're looking for Senior Partnership & vendor Management Strong negotiation & commercial awareness Strategic thinker with ability to build long term growth Project management across multiple teams & disciplines Problem-solving & ability to overcome new product development challenges Adaptability within a new & fast changing organisation & market Industry knowledge in within affiliate & subscription partnerships in the Telecommunications sector Results-orientated with ability to achieve goals and monitor performance metrics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate and influence. Stakeholder management skills with strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.
