Join us as a Retail Performance Specialist
As a Retail and Franchise Execution Lead you will be responsible for growing Three Ireland’s customer base across Retail and Franchise Partners within the Sales Function.

The individual will have the opportunity to play a big part in driving revenues and growth for Three in both the Direct Retail and Franchise channel. They will achieve this by leveraging relationships with CSMs, Store Managers and Franchise Partners.

This role reports to the Head of Sales.

What else it involves:

1. Primary Focus
2. Channel Trading Plans
3. Support Teams, Segment Owners, Finance, Marketing, Go To Market and Performance Consultants to develop strong quarterly sales activity plans in both Direct Retail & Franchise.
4. Create and lead on the execution of short term plans based on current performance challenges.
5. Proactively create medium-long term plans that deliver commercial growth.
6. Develop and execute the channel trading plans in both the Direct Retail and Franchise channel.
7. Maintain high performance whilst driving a proactive approach to achieving Retail & Franchise performance goals.
8. Present key information, plans and formal presentations to CLT, RLT and wider stakeholders as necessary.
9. Develop a strong relationship with the Retail Leadership and CSMs to ensure plans achieve the correct level of cut through and insight becomes a two way process.
10. Budget and growth planning.
11. Accountable for developing the commercial growth plan across all Retail & Franchise KPIs including Acquisition and Retention.
12. Devise, implement, communicate and manage delivery of the Retail & Franchise Channel’s plans in line with the overall company direction.

Operational Excellence, Governance & Controls

1. Create and sustain a culture of operational excellence; working in collaboration with Central Operations Team and other internal functions as required.
2. Devise an agreed structure of evaluation, monitoring and follow up of store service and customer experience in partner stores.
3. Understand the competitor activities both ATL and BTL within your channels.
4. Proactively feed information to Product, Proposition, Device, Central Ops & identify support or changes required.
5. Ensure all key channels adhere to and are compliant with all relevant operation process/procedures, products and proposition implementation, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver against the Retail & Franchise channel commercial budget target expectations across multiple LOB’s and additional revenue streams by developing and executing plans to achieve this.
2. Proactively search for ways to improve Retail and Franchise commercial performance based on current performance and short, mid and long term targets.
3. Own Retail and Franchise commercial growth plans, involving goal setting and providing performance updates.

The skills we're looking for

1. In-depth understanding of Retail and the commercial KPI’s that the channels must deliver.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities for commercial growth by analysing data and gathering insight.
3. Exceptional ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritise efficiently.
4. Experience of project management with the ability to coordinate plans that are clear, focused and deliverable.
5. Excellent presentation skills to deliver to wide ranging audiences from Retail Store teams to CLT.
6. Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes.
