Job Title: Employee Relations Strategic Partner

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations expert to join our global ER team. This high-impact role involves developing scalable ER programs that enhance both employee experiences and business outcomes.

 

About the Role:

  • Serve as a senior leader in the ER team, building and elevating the global ER strategy with emphasis on EMEA.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters involving allegations of misconduct, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Offer strategic coaching and guidance to senior leaders and the People Team, ensuring fair employee outcomes that align with organizational values.
  • Implement advanced negotiation and mediation techniques to resolve disputes and restore relationships, mitigating formal legal claims.

 

About You:

  • Extensive experience in HR or Legal roles, specializing in Employee Relations within a fast-paced, global setting.
  • Expertise in common law regions as well as civil law regions, with knowledge of employment law and dispute resolution frameworks.
  • Advanced negotiation and mediation skills, capable of managing conflict and influencing outcomes, while maintaining fairness and confidentiality.

  • An estimated base salary range of $137,000-$149,000 EUR.
