Employee Relations Coordinator

Our organization is seeking an enthusiastic Employee Relations Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policy.

  • Implement and oversee the Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policy.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching, advice and support to managers and staff on ER matters, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Review and update HR policies, while advising on competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, career development and training programmes.
  • Support senior management with ER strategy, policy interpretation and workforce planning.
  • Lead recruitment processes and assist with HR projects aligned to business strategy.
  • Monitor employment law, track ER trends and develop proactive interventions.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in dealing with conflict resolution
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Ability to develop effective relationships
