Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at a beautifully styled boutique hotel.

The hotel boasts 90 contemporary bedrooms and suites, blending traditional woods with modern art and accessories, with many offering views across the cityscape and river.

Located just a short stroll from the main train and bus station, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, and trustworthy. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as the initiative required to multi-task in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to work flexible shift patterns (including evenings and weekends) and work through all areas of the department.
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt and change to work well under pressure.
  • To comply with health and safety procedures at all times.
  • To inspect and clean guest accommodation and public areas in line with the hotel's standard operating procedures.
  • To follow direction from the management team.
  • To help, support and be open to new ideas.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the entire department.
  • To help plan, organise and control the daily workload of the accommodation team.
  • Attend meetings and briefings as requested by management.
