Role Overview

This position sits within the central Markets team, reporting into the Head of Brand Sponsorship and Events. Work alongside a dynamic team that delivers numerous firm events annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement event planning strategies, setting clear objectives and post-event evaluation processes.
  • Develop and maintain event standards that align with the brand, ensuring excellence across all events.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value in the delivery of the firm's events programme.
  • Create a centralized annual events calendar, optimizing for business impact and resource efficiency.
  • Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, seamless logistics, and impactful attendee experiences.
  • Manage contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service excellence.
  • Ensure all events are on-brand, meeting business objectives while delivering engaging experiences.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, ensuring events support commercial goals and create valuable engagement opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and build the events team, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and processes to succeed.
