Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Customer Service Coordinator role within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all orders and queries from our customers in the Benelux region.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments, including warehouse and purchasing, to coordinate deliveries, returns, and other logistics-related tasks.

You will also act as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, reporting monthly activity and involvement with these accounts to management.

Furthermore, you will liaise with the sales force on a regular basis to discuss quotations, orders, product inquiries, and general information from customers.

You will be responsible for processing daily invoicing, billing corrections, and returns in accordance with our company policies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all orders and queries from Benelux customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate deliveries, returns, and other logistics-related tasks.
