Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee the performance of our store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards for overall store performance, visual presentation, and merchandising
  • Ensure every customer interaction is delivered to an exceptional standard
  • Champion compliance with all operational procedures and health and safety regulations
  • Lead, support, and develop your team by providing ongoing training, regular feedback, and setting clear expectations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement improvements
  • Assign roles and responsibilities based on individual team members' strengths and experience
  • Manage stock levels and take ownership of store operations

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analyzing sales and improving store performance
  • Experienced in rota planning and long-term resource management
  • Clear ability to deliver exceptional customer service across the entire team
  • Confident in making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Planograms, including interpretation and implementation
