Procurement Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to play a key part in the end-to-end procurement process.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer sales contracts and monitoring open orders is essential for ensuring seamless execution from sales contracts to system reporting.
  • Liaising with logistics teams to guarantee excellent customer service levels and facilitating communication between stakeholders is crucial.
  • Supporting purchasing managers in maintaining product master data, updating supplier prices, and managing new products will be a key responsibility.
  • Raising purchase orders as required for consignment stock and general inventory is an important task.
  • Conducting regular reviews of sales and stock reports to identify trends and potential areas of concern is vital.
