A key role has become available in our team, focusing on procurement and category management.

About the Role
  • Ensure customer sales contracts are validated and compliant with product listing and pricing guidelines.
  • Coordinate the drawdown of customer sales contracts and collaborate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Process open customer sales orders, address any issues that arise, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support purchasing managers in maintaining product data setups, supplier cost updates, and retail pricing information.
  • Raise purchase orders as needed for consignment stock and general inventory.
  • Analyze sales and stock reports to identify trends and areas requiring attention.
  • Manage invoice errors for the fertiliser category, resolving issues and preventing new ones.
  • Develop and improve processes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with key fertiliser suppliers to facilitate smooth product movements and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, logistics, and IT teams.
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • SAP, Core, and Business Intelligence system knowledge is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the fertiliser product category.
  • Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a support team environment.
  • High level of initiative, motivation, and adaptability to change.
  • Proven ability in planning, time management, and meeting deadlines.
