Procurement Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Procurement Support Specialist in our Agribusiness team.
The successful candidate will play a key part in the end-to-end procurement to sales process, ensuring that customer sales contracts are validated and correspond to the actual customer sale agreement.
The role involves monitoring open customer Sales orders, taking appropriate action to process and follow-up any issues, and supporting the purchasing manager in the maintenance of new product master-data setups. You will also be responsible for raising central purchase orders as required, running key sales and stock reports, and highlighting trends and issues that may need attention.
In addition, you will monitor and manage the invoice error log for the fertiliser category, resolve issues, and prevent new items from occurring. You will assist in the development and improvement of processes and systems to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing regulatory reporting to the relevant authorities and liaising with internal stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual with strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office applications, including Excel. Knowledge of SAP, Core (Point of Sale), and Business Intelligence (BI) systems is desirable. You should have excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and within a support team environment.
