DACH Territory Development Manager

CPL is a pioneering force in automating workflows, seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our expanding DACH sales team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and developing lasting relationships with customers.
Your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Conducting thorough research to identify and qualify new customer leads, pinpointing opportunities within your designated market/territory
- Crafting personalized outreach strategies to engage key stakeholders within target accounts
- Maintaining and enhancing your knowledge of products and industries, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives
- Working closely with mentors to establish and achieve challenging performance goals
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Excellent proficiency in English and German
- Superior communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written interactions, as well as attentive listening
- A results-driven attitude, complemented by a strong team ethos and adaptability
- An analytical mind, coupled with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking
- A history of achieving success, consistently meeting or surpassing targets
