DACH Enterprise Business Development Manager

We're a leading cybersecurity SaaS provider, and we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across Germany and the wider DACH region.
Your Key Objectives- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth across the DACH region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and Security teams at enterprise, mid-market, and public sector organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channel partners and tech alliances.
- Nurture existing leads and prospect new customers to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who can:
- Demonstrate fluent German and English language skills.
- Show 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or mid-market environments.
- Prove a strong sales track record, including closing complex deals.
- Evidence experience selling to IT stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors).
- Demonstrate coachability, adaptability, and a desire to grow.
