About The Role:
We're seeking a motivated early-career sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our EMEA Business Development team. As an early member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in helping define our outbound sales motion, shape our future product, and drive business revenue while having a great time doing it.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our growing presence in German-speaking markets. As an Outbound BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new enterprise customers in the DACH region. You'll collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives, implement proven sales methodologies, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
What You'll Achieve:
Mastery of Notion's platform and competitive landscape
Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customized and multichannel messaging for the DACH market
Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives
Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM
Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
Learn about our product inside and out working towards an AE role where you will develop the skills to give demos customized to the needs of different personas.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- Business fluency in both English and German
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to craft tailored customer stories
